Return Eligibility

You may request a return if:

  • Item is damaged, defective, or incorrect
  • Item is unused and in original packaging
  • Request is made within 7 days of delivery

Non-returnable items:

  • Used/worn items
  • Hygiene-related products
  • Discounted or clearance items
  • Items without original packaging

Return Process

  1. Email return@asalmart.fit with order number
  2. Send photos/videos of the issue
  3. Wait for approval
  4. Return shipping address will be provided

Refund Process

Once inspected, refunds are issued via:

  • Original payment method (for prepaid orders)
  • Bank transfer / Easypaisa / JazzCash (for COD orders)
  • Store credit (optional)

Refund time: 5–10 business days

Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be canceled within 12 hours if not shipped
  • COD orders may require confirmation before shipping

COD-Specific Return/Refund Rules

  • For COD orders, cash is not refunded through courier
  • Customer must provide bank/Easypaisa/JazzCash details for refund
  • Fake or repeated COD returns may result in COD restriction on future orders
