Return Eligibility
You may request a return if:
- Item is damaged, defective, or incorrect
- Item is unused and in original packaging
- Request is made within 7 days of delivery
Non-returnable items:
- Used/worn items
- Hygiene-related products
- Discounted or clearance items
- Items without original packaging
Return Process
- Email return@asalmart.fit with order number
- Send photos/videos of the issue
- Wait for approval
- Return shipping address will be provided
Refund Process
Once inspected, refunds are issued via:
- Original payment method (for prepaid orders)
- Bank transfer / Easypaisa / JazzCash (for COD orders)
- Store credit (optional)
Refund time: 5–10 business days
Order Cancellation
- Orders can be canceled within 12 hours if not shipped
- COD orders may require confirmation before shipping
COD-Specific Return/Refund Rules
- For COD orders, cash is not refunded through courier
- Customer must provide bank/Easypaisa/JazzCash details for refund
- Fake or repeated COD returns may result in COD restriction on future orders
